Ross’s caseload is divided between serious crime, Health and Safety law and a range of other regulatory advice and trial work.

He also specialises in appellate work, having advised and appeared in matters of Judicial Review, Cases Stated and appeals against conviction to the Court of Appeal.

Ross is regularly instructed in high profile cases. He undertakes cases ranging from murder to speeding. He is often instructed in multi-handed cases and those cases which are very document intensive.
