Laban Leake

Primarily instructed as counsel for the defence, Laban Leake is experienced in all areas of criminal law, including white collar fraud and money laundering, but with a particular emphasis on violence and large scale drugs conspiracies. Recent cases have involved the largest seizure of class A drugs in Leicester, and the largest wholesale distribution network in South Wales, as well as passport and identity fraud, Ministry of Defence corruption and fraud, and a multi-million pound conspiracy to rob, which relied upon the evidence of mobile telephone and cell site analysis.

Laban regularly undertakes Court-Martial work, participating in hearings in the UK, Germany and Cyprus.
