David Anderson is a third-six pupil who joined Furnival Chambers in June 2008. He is currently under the supervision of Caroline Carberry.
His practice extends to all areas of the criminal law, appearing
both for the prosecution and defence. He has experience of the Youth Court,
Magistrates' Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
David has substantial trial experience in both the Crown Court and the
Magistrates' Court. He has successfully defended in cases involving serious
violence, dishonesty, fraud, drugs, sexual offences, and public order offences. He has also acted in
confiscation and extradition proceedings and has experience in dealing with
matters relating to regulation and compliance.
David has been instructed to prosecute on behalf of the Crown Prosecution
Service, the CPS Special Case Work Unit, Revenue and Customs, the Office of the
Immigration Service Commissioner, Transport for London, the Probation Service, and Wandworth
Borough Council.
