The ability of the Regulatory team is founded upon each member’s experience in our core discipline of crime. Furnival prides itself in its Jury and Appellant advocacy, which we believe is a matchless basis for any tribunal work.

Members of Chambers have also built upon their expertise in the technical aspects of financial crime, forfeiture, confiscation and civil fraud and have successfully developed this growing area of law.
